Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent food presentation.
- Ensure food preparation, cooking methods and final presentation meet company standards.
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices in compliance with regulations.
- Handle basic kitchen emergencies and resolve issues adequately.
- Monitor kitchen trainings and assign daily tasks of service team.
- Monitor and evaluate performance to provide feedbacks to the kitchen team for better development.
- Foster teamwork and discipline within the kitchen.
- Handle simple kitchen staff dissatisfaction issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Train kitchen team members to be efficient and consistent in food preparation.
Cost Control & Inventory Management
- Monitor Gross Profit and control food wastage to meet company targets.
