Position Overview

Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities

  1. Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent food presentation.
  2. Ensure food preparation, cooking methods and final presentation meet company standards.
  3. Enforce hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices in compliance with regulations.
  4. Handle basic kitchen emergencies and resolve issues adequately.
  5. Monitor kitchen trainings and assign daily tasks of service team.
  6. Monitor and evaluate performance to provide feedbacks to the kitchen team for better development.
  7. Foster teamwork and discipline within the kitchen.
  8. Handle simple kitchen staff dissatisfaction issues and promote a positive work environment.
  9. Train kitchen team members to be efficient and consistent in food preparation.
