Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware according to standard procedures.
- Clean and maintain dishwashers, grease traps, refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, corridors, and storage areas as scheduled.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sinks, and storage racks after meal service.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning schedules for kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Remove garbage, sanitize containers, and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
