Job Summary

Play a key role in maintaining a hygienic and safe kitchen, carrying out pot‑wash duties, assisting chefs with food preparation, and keeping all equipment clean and operational.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen hygienic and clean to high standards.
• Assist chefs with food preparation as required.
• Operate the industrial dishwasher and other heavy catering equipment following safety instructions.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, including air filters and extraction systems.
