 We are looking for a Kitchen Porter. This is a full-time roleand will be reporting into the Head Chef. 
  Working pattern:  4 days on 4 days off / 8am to 8pm
  We are looking for someone who has previousexperience in a similar role in a hotel / kitchen environment.  
 As a  Kitchen Porter  you will be responsible for:
 assisting the kitchen team in preparing andcleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service. 
 operating the pot-washing machinery 
 maintaining a hygienicworking environment while washing dishes, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchenvessels, sweeping and mopping floors. 
 ensuring floors are dry and clean at all times
