Kitchen Lead with Growth Potential

We’re growing, and this role is an important part of where we’re headed. Our kitchen is continuing to evolve, and while we’re not yet operating at the scale of a large, fully built-out culinary program, we are actively building toward that future. We’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape that growth, grow into a larger leadership role over time, and help elevate both the kitchen and the guest experience as the business continues to expand.
We’re looking for a chef-driven kitchen leader with strong culinary instincts, creativity, urgency, and the ability to elevate both the food and the team around them.

Our goal is to continue building a kitchen and menu that people genuinely remember and talk about. We want someone who cares deeply about quality, consistency, presentation, execution, and the overall guest experience.
