This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to join a Successful company at one of its popular holiday parks. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency while managing on site team, stock and costs. the high volume simple bistro style pub that offers fresh food made on site. The catering facilities on site includes a busy restaurant, lakeside café bar and various catering pop ups. The branded menus are changed seasonally, during peak season the park is extremely busy and fast paced but out of season it is quieter.
