We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at our A Center Marketplace (Williams & Graham, D Bar, Tocabe, & Bagel Deli) located inside the Denver Airport.
Position Overview
The Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality food production, kitchen efficiency, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This role is responsible for managing kitchen staff, enforcing company policies, maintaining food quality, and optimizing labor and inventory management. The Kitchen Manager plays a key leadership role in training and developing employees, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
