Troubleshoot and repair faulty kitchen equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in operations.
Conduct cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Order replacement parts as necessary and maintain an inventory of essential kitchen spare parts.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a High school or Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate
At least 2 years working experience in the related field
Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagram
Can do basic troubleshooting in kitchen equipment and gas supplied equipment
