Kitchen Crew - Western Cuisine - NA (ID: 7780) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours 44 Hours (5Days) Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the restaurantβs standard recipes, especially Western dishes such as pasta, steaks, burgers, and salads.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Prepare ingredients, set up workstations, and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working condition.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control when required.
* Support dishwashing and general cleaning duties during non-peak periods. Requirements * Prior experience working in a kitchen or F&B setting is preferred (Western cuisine experience is a plus).
