Casual self-service concept serving up yakitori/skewer dons.
Working Hours & Info - Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT at NUS Campus
- Fixed PT: 6 Days / Week (Mon to Fri: 7 hrs/day, Sat: 6 hrs)
(A) KITCHEN CREW Responsibilities - Assist in food preparation & cooking tasks.
- Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including restocking.
- Ensure the quality of food and adherence to SOPs.
- Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep. Assist in cleaning duties.
- Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements.
- Work with kitchen to clean down equipment and station etc.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks & adapt to changing priorities in kitchen.
- Assist as assigned by the mgmt.
