Position Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to assist in all kitchen operations for an international buffet dining concept in Singapore. The role is to support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities - Assisting cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work stations
- Washing dishes and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
- Assisting with food storage and stock arrangement
- Receiving and organizing deliveries and supplies
- Ensuring proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed
- Disposing of waste and maintaining sanitation standards
- Refilling ingredients and kitchen supplies when required
