Kitchen Assistant (Peranakan Food) - NA (ID: 7812) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours 6days, 44hours per week Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the restaurantβs standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Prepare ingredients, set up workstations, and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working condition.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control when required. Requirements * Prefer no experience but have basic cutting & cooking skills. (Training provided)
* Team player with a positive working attitude.
* Willingness to learn and perform various kitchen duties.
* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
