Our kitchens are at the heart of the member experience - our ingredient‑led, seasonal menus showcase exceptional produce from our own gardens alongside locally sourced fish, shellfish and game. From relaxed Brasserie‑style dining to elegant fine dining, our culinary offering is varied, thoughtful and rooted in quality. We take pride in doing things properly - baking our own bread and pastries, curing salmon in‑house and preparing dishes from scratch. Our kitchen teams work across two locations: one within the Castle and one in the Clubhouse, both offering a supportive, professional and fast‑paced environment.
