**Overview**

**Job Summary** :A driven individual willperform Respiratory functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization, agency and Kinney Homecare.

All functions shall be performed in accordance with the established policies and practices and state Respiratory Therapist Practice Act. He/She will work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team for the best patient/customer outcomes, education, instruction and compliance of patients. The Respiratory Therapist delivers care to patients/customers as delegated by the Respiratory Care Manager.
