About the Role We are enhancing our Kindergarten Care operations and are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role supports the smooth running of the Centre and contributes to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children.
Roles & Responsibilities Centre Operations & Safety - Oversee daily KCare operations to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
- Ensure staff-child ratios are maintained at all times
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the Centre
Programme Planning & Implementation - Plan and implement activities aligned with the MOE Kindergarten Care Guide
- Support children's well‑being and development through meaningful learning experiences
Leardeship & Staff Support - Lead and guide Programme Staff in daily routines and classroom practices
