Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of Control System Engineers (Software & Electrical).

• Act as the technical authority, reviewing and approving all team deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement of systems and team performance.

• Create a safe, motivating, and high-performing team environment.
