Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age‑appropriate activities and games.
- Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs for kids, including arts & crafts, team sports, and themed events.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, monitoring the behavior and well‑being of all guests in the Kids Club areas.
- Foster positive interactions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club areas, including playrooms, game zones, and recreational spaces.
- Ensure all safety and emergency protocols are followed, including monitoring of the resort’s pool and outdoor areas.
