Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandiseBe proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures
