SOLSTICE Keyholders are the Store Manager’s fleet of right-hands! They are the regular openers and closers of their location, who act as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring the store consistently achieves sales goals and executes all operational functions. This position leads by example and reinforces our customer service standards with the team, representing SOLSTICE’s core values and selling culture to create an outstanding store experience.
