Triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry founded his brand in 1952. He was the son of a cotton spinner, who played and fought his way through, always with style – and despite the establishment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store

• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions

• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management

• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise

• Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures
