Job Summary: The Key Accounts Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients. They maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales and retention goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage assigned key accounts, distributors, and corporate customers
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams regarding inventory and delivery schedules
Prepare quotations, sales reports, account updates, and forecasts
Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of customer accounts when needed.
Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, and product concerns promptly
Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and business reviews
