Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes pitches and oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new strategic clients.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with major national accounts at the Head Office level.
- Drive revenue through direct sales channels, ensuring all company targets and growth objectives are consistently met.
- Act as the primary liaison between your clients and internal divisions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Create comprehensive business plans for tender opportunities and current clients; analyze performance data to provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and terms to secure favorable and sustainable business outcomes.
