Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with major retail accounts
- Oversee performance of a large product portfolio (approximately 900 SKUs) across key clients
- Analyse product sales data, stock movement, and shelf performance
- Identify top-performing and underperforming products and drive corrective actions
- Monitor product lifecycle, shelf presence, and rotation within retail environments
- Work closely with buyers to optimise product ranges and listings
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
- Forecast demand trends and support planning based on sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and planning) to ensure product availability
- Ensure smooth execution of orders, stock replenishment, and delivery timelines
- Travel to Johannesburg as required to manage key accounts
