Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most strategic and high-value clients, including government institutions, large industrial customers, and major commercial establishments. The role ensures optimal service delivery, drives customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships within the water utility sector.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least five (5) years of work experience in key accounts management, preferably in utilities, infrastructure, or the public service sector
- Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- With a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional client service
- Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools
