Drive sell‑out growth across all LFR partners stores to improve Lenovo’s store share and category performance in Laptops, Tablets, S&P, and CA.Build strong store‑level engagement with store teams, Cluster Managers, and Zonal Managers to ensure consistent execution.Execute organizational priorities on product mix and marketing programs through effective on‑ground field implementation.Ensure continuous training and development of the field force to improve selling effectiveness and product knowledge.Maintain 100% approved manpower and ISD deployment across all manned stores to ensure optimal coverage.Ensure optimum store inventory, timely liquidation of aging stock, and high standards of display and brand hygiene.Identify and deploy impactful in‑store marketing opportunities aligned to brand and category objectives.Set and monitor store‑wise ...
