As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand's main point of contact and trusted advisor, you will create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands, taking ownership of their business like it is yours. Youβll negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximise consumer attractiveness and brand exposure, grow the business, and coordinate with our inβhouse teams to ensure collective success. The role includes account NMV and revenue growth, and collaboration with the business development team to explore additional services.
