1. Strategy & Target Management
β’ Develop sales strategy, annual business plan and budget for the Indonesian market, decompose and implement core targets such as sales volume, profit and market share.
β’ Lead the establishment of the sales system, and build mechanisms for customer segmentation, channel management, project-based sales and risk control & payment collection.
2. Key Account & Market Expansion
β’ Develop and deeply operate local large-scale KA clients (manufacturing, engineering, energy, mining, infrastructure) and Chinese overseas enterprises in Indonesia.
