Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews, account planning sessions, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify risks or upsell opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client business environments.
- Meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.
