Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.Prepare and conduct business reviews, account planning sessions, and presentations.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.Monitor account performance and proactively identify risks or upsell opportunities.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client business environments.Meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.
