Position Overview
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the companyβs sales objectives across all regions in the country
are met.
2. Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly
or annual basis.
3. Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance
review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
β’ Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time
frame that will keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each
salesperson to reach their goal.
β’ Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for
the sales team.
4. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discounts
as well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors and
