JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves managing shipment information, costing, quotation, and ensuring smooth shipment processes for customers and overseas agents. It also includes handling various business inquiries and maintaining strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive information of new shipment or request from customers/oversea agent
• Checking cost from carrier/co-loader/Ops/ agent and issue quotation to KA manager
• Sending SOP and preparing QR of shipment to KA manager CS staff or Ops document staff to follow.
• Follow up shipments process with CS/Ops and support CS/Ops to update/explain the shipment situation to customer/agent on time.
• Prepare economics contract and Annex, quotation and other related documents
• Contact agent or carrier to solve the related issues (Dem/Det/space…or any complaint from customers)
