Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients and strategic partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop account plans to retain and grow existing business
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
