**Position Overview**

The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in Organized Trade by managing strategic retailer relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering strong business outcomes aligned to Joint Business Plans (JBP).

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Planning**

+ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per ICP plans.
+ Share accurate sales and stock forecasts with the customer to ensure optimal demand planning.

**Customer & Account Management**

+ Build strong, collaborative, and win‑win relationships with key retailers.
+ Channelize customer investments toward achieving JBP objectives.
+ Manage expectations through frequent interactions on monthly/quarterly plans.
+ Recommend product uplifts and drive campaigns as per the agreed activity calendar.
