EW program operational efficiency and contributing to its sustainable growth
Stores managers’ support and relationship with Chedraui staff
Prepare and monitor EW program operational development including its parametrization in systems, layouts generation, eligible items and certificates database control
Develop and follow-up of strategies in order to achieve Chedraui sales Budget
Business Analysis/control of databases: uploading, updating, conciliation and special requests. Consolidate information for monthly follow ups, reports and KPI generation.
Support and control for invoicing and collection flow
Frequent communication, meetings and follow up for Walmart stores (managers and sales force) in order to strengthen the knowledge of the Extended Warranty program
