Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Pakistani/Karachi food Expert in Karachi Biryani, Nihari, Haleem, BBQ, Karahi, Korma, and traditional breakfast items Ability to manage kitchen operations and food quality Knowledge of food costing, hygiene, and inventory management Strong leadership and team management skills
