Role Overview

We need a Legal Counsel — Commercial & Legal Operations who pairs solid commercial lawyering with a hands‑on appetite for legal operations: building playbooks, working with legal tech, and using AI to extend their reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial customer and supplier contracts; translate technical, security and compliance changes into customer‑ready talk tracks and enablement materials.
• Provide pragmatic, risk‑weighted advice to Sales, CS, Product and People teams on day‑to‑day commercial questions.
• Backstop broader in‑house matters—employment, data protection, IP, corporate housekeeping—and determine whether to handle internally or route to external counsel.
• Build and continuously improve internal legal knowledge base—playbooks, FAQs, template libraries—to enable self‑serve for Sales and CS.
