The Team

We have an established and well‑respected group of lawyers in our Property Liability Team who advise some of the UK's largest insurers and their underwriters on all classes of property damage claims and recoveries. This includes £multi‑million claims for fire, infrastructure damage, flood damage as well as subsidence, under a full suite of property policies to include commercial combined covers, property owners’ risks and Construction All Risks cover. Our policy coverage claims involve advice on non‑disclosure and fair presentation of risk and breach of conditions.
