Job Description

The Junior Upholsterer & Furniture Technician is responsible for assisting in the repair, restoration, and upholstery of office furniture, including chairs, couches, and related items. This role involves both hands‑on technical work and support to senior technicians to ensure high‑quality workmanship and efficient turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities Assist with stripping, repairing, and reupholstering office chairs and furniture Cut, measure, and fit fabric, leather, and foam materials Replace worn or damaged components such as foam, webbing, and mechanisms Support furniture assembly and disassembly Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment Follow job cards and instructions accurately Ensure all work meets company quality standards Assist with on-site repairs when required Requirements Basic knowledge of upholstery or furniture repair (advantageous) Willingness to learn and develop technical skills Good attention to detail Ability to work wi...
