Primary Responsibilities
Assist in planning and execution of data collection projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.Supervise and guide small field teams, ensuring adherence to project protocols and deadlines.Use knowledge of the local market to support participant recruitment strategies and optimize outreach.Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.Coordinate with internal teams (research, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project goals.Contribute to training sessions for field staff and provide feedback to improve team performance.Prepare status updates and project documentation for management review.Requirements
