About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure, data management, and hardware configuration. You will work with a variety of systems and tools to assist in maintaining the efficiency of our technology environment.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel for data analysis.
- Assist with data management, including organizing, cleaning, and structuring datasets.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware devices, including tablets, printers, and laptops.
- Support end-users with technical issues related to hardware setup and performance.
Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and data analysis.
