The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
The Job
Assist the Executive Sous Chef to monitor the food preparation and production in the assigned kitchen(s) Ensure adequate supply of food items during buffet time and monitor the food wastage at a minimum level Undertake regular check on quality and portion of all food items for continuous improvement Ensure food storage and hygiene standards are followed in line with the Club’s guideline Assist administrative work such as staff training, preparation of monthly stock tak...
