Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Junior Sous Chef
to join our Kueh Department. The ideal candidate will support the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kueh production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to HarriAnns' authentic Nyonya heritage. This role is ideal for someone with strong culinary fundamentals, hands-on production leadership experience, and a passion for traditional handmade kueh.
