As a Junior Service Manager, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality IT services, taking ownership of smaller services end to end or managing key components within larger, more complex programmes. You’ll work alongside an experienced Service Manager in a supportive and collaborative environment where continuous improvement, client satisfaction and innovation are part of everyday work.
You’ll gain exposure to end‑to‑end service delivery across applications, infrastructure and business processes, while building effective working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams within the wider Service Management function.
This is a UK hybrid role, with office locations availablein Bristol, Hemel Hempstead, London, Manchester, and North Yorkshire.
