We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on industry experience in a temporary casual role running from June to August.
This part-time position offers 3 days per week (22.8 hours) and provides exposure to the day-to-day front-line support and operations of a busy IT Managed Services Provider (MSP).
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain practical experience across a range of responsibilities, including:

• Providing first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance
• Assisting with hardware and software setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Responding to service desk requests and escalating issues where required
