About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 08 Software Development Engineer in Test. The Quality Engineering team collaborates closely with various Technology Functions and Business units to ensure the quality delivery of our products. Operating in an Agile environment, the team is globally distributed and empowered to drive decisions autonomously, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test solutions to test applications across Web, API, and Services platforms.
• Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
• Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools such as ADO and Jira.
