Position Overview

  Sales Team Agent - Welcome Team Advisor 
 Location: Uxbridge
 Hours: 37 hours per week, spanning 5 days across a 7-day period. Operational hours: 6am - 9pm.
 Salary: £22, per annum plus BONUS
 
 
  About the Role: 
 As the Welcome Team Advisor, you are the face and voice of my clients promise to potential clients. You will engage, advise, and ensure they are provided with the best services and products. Your primary objective is to seamlessly onboard new clients, driving revenue through exceptional customer service.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Advocate and highlight the advantages of diverse product range.
 Consistently meet KPIs related to conversion rates, activity, and registrations.
 Deliver information in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
 Collaborate with team members, management, internal departments, and external agencies to resolve client inquiries.
