What you'll do:

Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments

Participate activities to further develop own development

Lead the organisation of the health & social requirements of patients

Liaise with other health care professionals, carers and relatives

What we're looking for:

Wide knowledge of musculoskeletal and/or neurological rehabilitation

Demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Able to motivate patients to maximise their potential
