Our client is currently recruiting a highly motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing firm. This role is based in Inverurie and candidates should be at the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level. Some of your duties will include:
Advising clients on the marketing, sale and purchase of properties.The conclusion of missives for and conveyance of title to residential properties.Security work relative to residential properties, other general conveyancing transactions e.g. purchase and sale of plots of land, transfer of title between connected parties, drafting and completing deeds of servitude, deeds of excambion etc.
