Position Overview
The Junior Project Manager supports and/or leads cross-functional projects by collecting data and documenting processes. This role is the main contact for all assigned projects. The Junior Project Manager meets with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the tools and systems they use. Must be able to ask clearly and confidently any stakeholder “WHY” about everything, (ex: their processes, goals, timelines, assumed solutions etc.). The role delivers projects on time meeting quality standards and supports Continuous Improvement Team initiatives as needed. The Junior Project Manager identifies process issues, finds root causes, and recommends improvements. All work supports Business Unit plans, LexisNexis® Risk Solutions’ strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement. In partnership with leadership, the Junior Project Manager helps drive change and improve customer outcomes.
