The Junior Project Manager will support the Legal Operations team by managing glossary files and related documentation from inception through deployment and closure. This role is responsible for coordinating file intake, formatting templates into workable files, routing materials to the appropriate DRI (Directly Responsible Individual), and managing revisions through completion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in file and document management. They will work cross-functionally with legal teams, business units, and operational partners to ensure files are accurate, compliant, and ready for publication while minimizing costly attorney editing time.
